Thank you for shopping at QuickNest. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Certain products (e.g., personal care items, intimate goods, or perishable items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return
Include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

In such cases, we will cover the cost or offer a prepaid return label.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our dropshipping operations. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed in most cases.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank or payment method.

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is processed and cannot be stopped.
